Meet the Quartet
Sue Evans
Bb clarinet
Sue has extensive experience as a Concert Wind Band player and is Chairperson and First Clarinet in Bournemouth and District Concert Band. She is thoroughly enjoying the contrast of playing in a quartet, now taking on some demanding solo parts. She is also a Senior Social Services Manager.
Nick Hunt
Bb and Bass clarinets, arrangements
Nick was already well established as a clarinet performer when our group formed. For many years he has been leader of Bournemouth and District Concert Band. He also plays in Questa Musica Orchestra. He is the Deputy Practice Manager in a large Law Company.
Janet Cooke
Bb clarinet
Janet is our organiser and programme manager. She also plays saxophone and clarinet in Blue Tides, and saxophone in JazzMo a quartet that she established with Sarah....and she plays in Bournemouth and District Concert Band - where we all met. She is a retired Doctor.
